*Negotiate, review, and draft a variety of agreements, with a particular focus on data privacy and security provisions in vendor services agreements, media buying terms, and various client agreements; *Maintain current knowledge of all relevant privacy legislation and regulations necessary to draft and negotiate relevant privacy provisions; *Work closely and collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, media operations, finance, security, risk, privacy experts, and account teams on a variety of matters, which might include agency law, media buying, creative services, data ownership, data privacy compliance, IP matters, document review, dispute resolution, and internal reporting;
